This Privacy Policy explains what information ICEGPS LA LLC collects through this website (www.icegpsla.com), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are

Information we collect
Contact form. When you use the contact form on our Contact Us page, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country/state, the product you are interested in, and your message. The form is provided by the WPForms Lite plugin. Your submission is sent by email to sales@icegpsla.com through Zoho Mail. Submissions are not saved as entries in this website’s database.
Server logs. Like most websites, our web server automatically records basic technical information for each request: IP address, browser user agent, the page or file requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use these logs for security (for example, detecting abuse) and troubleshooting. These logs do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule; they are kept on our server until we delete them, and only our administrators can access them.
Cookies and analytics. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking tools. Visitors who are not logged in do not receive any cookies from this website. WordPress sets strictly necessary login cookies only for our site administrators when they sign in.
Third-party services we use
- Zoho Mail: sends and receives our email, including contact form messages.
- WPForms: the contact form plugin. It runs on our own server.
- RackNerd: hosts the server that runs this website, including the server logs.
- Cloudflare: provides DNS for our domain only. Website traffic does not pass through Cloudflare.
- WordPress.org emoji images: if your browser cannot display emoji on its own, WordPress may load emoji images from s.w.org, which receives your IP address. Modern browsers do not need this.
Our website fonts are hosted on our own server. We do not load Google Fonts, Google Analytics, embedded videos, or maps from other services.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, sales, and support.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed for our business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept as described above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@icegpsla.com.
California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, this section applies to you.
- Categories we collect: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address) and internet or other electronic network activity (server log information). We collect them from you directly (contact form) and automatically (server logs), for the purposes described above.
- Right to know, delete, and correct: you can ask what personal information we have collected about you, and ask us to delete or correct it.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email sales@icegpsla.com. We will verify your request by asking you to reply from the same email address you used to contact us.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
